McRae & Co. has designed a portfolio of coastal homes that offer unique accents for the areas rising high end residential and multifamily developments.

We have signed exclusive design contracts with some of the elite coastal developers and look forward to working in the region.

McRae & Co. signs design contract with Olde Mill Resorts, Laurel Fork, Virginia

It began having the opportunity to design several of Olde Mill Resorts entry monuments for their subdivisions, including their main entry monument and sign. After several meetings with Olde Mill's General Manager, McRae & Co. negotiated a design contract to develop a portfolio of "Signature Series" custom house plans for their developments in the "Mountain Craftsman" design. Our team also design the first of seventeen buildings in "The Overlook" condominium development. Our "Cover" photo is our rendering of the now completed project.
